Denise and I noticed quite a lunchtime line waiting at this streetside eatery. It must be good, we thought, so we got in line. It was spectacular: finely chopped meat and onions on delicious bread. When we returned to the hotel I did a little Google research and learned what it was we enjoyed eating so much -- Kokoreç, intestines of goat or lamb!
